At present, the company has 3 oil spill emergency disposal ships with a total loading capacity of more than 1800 tons, which are responsible for the reception, removal and transportation of pollutants from ships. There are 7 oil spill emergency auxiliary ships, which are equipped with a sufficient number of clean-up equipment meeting the specified requirements. Oil spill emergency and life-saving drills are held regularly on board to improve the safety awareness and emergency skills of the crew.

It is the operation procedures to regulate the ship pollution response standby behavior between Shipping Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Party A") and Ship Pollution Response Organization (SPRO, hereinafter referred to as the "Party B") and make sure of good communication between the parties after signing Ship Pollution Response Agreement (SPRA).

1. When Party A's ship has a plan to call at contracted ports of China, Party A shall provide the Ship's Basic Information Table to Party B via Email or Fax.

2. Party B shall timely send email or fax to confirm that Ship's Basic Information Table was safely received and will arrange ship pollution response standby service at that time.

In order to effectively control and prevent oil spill accident, reduce the pollution damage, Ship Pollution Response Organization (SPRO) formulate an unified oil spill emergency operation procedures according to possible source of oil spill and the status of the sensitive area resources.

1. When oil spill occurs, the ship shall cut off the source of oil spill, while immediately report relevant matters to the local MSA, SPRO, ship operator, and the insurance company, which includes the following.

① Ship’s name, nationality, call sign and IMO No.;

② Name and address of ship owner, operator or manager;
